About me
Swamy Srii RajVibhu
“Difficulties in life are a blessing and are opportunities for growth, transformation, and evolution.”
Helping people reconnect with their inner strength
At the heart of Swamy Srii RajVibhu’s work is a simple belief: every person carries an inner capacity for strength, balance and change.
Through Kumbhak Therapy, he brings traditional Ayurvedic understanding into practices that people can learn and make part of their everyday lives. His work with the breath is shaped to support people facing different health challenges, as well as those seeking greater steadiness, energy and wellbeing.
A practice shaped around the person
Kumbhak is not approached as one fixed technique for everyone. Swamy Srii RajVibhu considers the individual, their condition and the areas in which support is most needed. From this understanding, suitable breathing practices are brought together into a clear and structured routine.
Some practices can be shared across a programme, while others may be adapted to an individual’s needs. The intention is to give each participant a practice they can understand, follow regularly and carry into daily life with confidence.
VISION
Bringing traditional wisdom into everyday life
Swamy Srii RajVibhu’s vision is for traditional, time-tested approaches to wellbeing to feel accessible, relevant and easier to bring into everyday life.
Through continued learning, research and collaboration, he hopes to help more people engage with these methods and experience their value for themselves. This includes bringing Kumbhak Therapy to more areas of wellbeing while preserving the understanding on which the practice is founded.

THERAPY PROGRAMMES
Find the support that feels right for you
Kumbhak Therapy is shared through programmes focused on different health needs, stages of life and areas of wellbeing. Each programme is supported by a dedicated organisation that can help you understand its approach, explore upcoming sessions and decide how you would like to begin.
